է: Though ex officio he has no right to evaluate the case concretely, however he considers that the balance of fear in our country is seriously damaged.
The fear among the public shall be eliminated in case when the judiciary reforms shall take place in the country. And as these reforms are not visible yet, each of us becomes a policeman, a prosecutor or a judge after this occurrence.
