Today the session of the Council of Justice took place, which considered the solicitations of the Minister of Justice of the RA to call to responsibility. Governed by Article 95 (5) of the RA Constitution, Article 157 (1) of the RA Judicial Code, the Council of Justice decided:

1. Declare sharp warning to Vladimir Grigoryan, Judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan, divesting 25 % of the salary for the period of 6 months.
2. Declare sharp warning to Vardan Grigoryan, Judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan.
