Iravaban.net‘s interviewee is Vahe Astvatsatryan, the founder-director and advocate of “Best Solutions” law firm. He discussed the firm’s adopted policies, the advocate’s activities, and the trust built over the years.
-Mr. Astvatsatryan, could you tell us about your law firm’s activities, when was it founded?
– At 9-10 years old, inspired by an American film where a criminal advocate defended a teenage boy accused of a criminal offense who was actually innocent, I understood that an advocate is someone who fights for justice and defends innocent people. I realized that this was the profession I wanted – to fight for justice.
In 2015, I decided to establish a separate office – “Best Solutions,” a name I chose thinking that any problem, including legal ones, always has justifications or solutions, hence the name “Best Solutions”.
-In which branches of law does your company provide services to citizens, and what unique offers can be found with you?
-Our main areas are civil and administrative law. We offer services related to almost all relationships in these two branches of law, both to organizations and individuals. The list of services is quite extensive – family law, contract law, corporate law, copyright law…
-Is there any principle that guides you when selecting cases?
-Our main emphasis is placed on corporate clients because business and the business model are much more convenient for us in terms of working and cooperation. For individuals, we follow the format that the case must first be of medium and above-medium complexity, second, it must interest us, and third, we must be confident that the citizen, the individual who has approached us, understands and accepts our principles, doesn’t demand 100 percent guarantees from us, and understands that our guarantee is the high quality of our services, which we always note can be verified at any stage.
