The “temporary export regime” regulates the exportation of goods from Armenian custom border for further importation into Armenia.
The temporary exportation is allowed on condition that goods can be identified by the custom bodies for further importation on «temporary re-importation» mode.
In case where non-non tariff regulatory measures are applied towards the temporary exportation by other state bodies of the Armenian, the temporary exportation of goods can’t be allowed (or the duration of the permission of temporary exportation of goods can’t be extended) for a longer term than the non-tariff regulatory measures’ term.
