Today The Armenian Human Rights Defender published theAd-hoc Report on the RA Parliamentary Elections 2012. At the end of the report Karen Andresayan avoided a “two word” assessment of the elections and submitted a comprehensive report with his specific assessments and observations of certain problems, which might be useful for thorough analyses of past election and for reaching more progress in the upcoming ones.
