Another verdict in the case of confiscation of property of illicit origin. It is anticipated to confiscate more than 350 million AMD worth property in favor of the Republic of armenia.

The Anti-Corruption Court, presided over by judge Karapet Badalyan, issued a verdict, which envisages the confiscation of more than 350 million AMD worth property from Suren Gabrielyan in favor of the Republic of Armenia, which includes 1 private house in Arinj Community of Kotayk region, 1 apartment in Kentron administrative district of Yerevan and more than 70 million AMD cash.
The verdict enters into legal force one month after its publication and can be appealed to the RA Anti-Corruption Court of Appeals within one month from its publication.
