During the parliamentary hearings on the issue of putting the issue of RA’s membership in the EU to a referendum, the President of  the “Free Citizen” Civic Initiatives Support Centre” NGO Hovsep Khurshudyan proposed that the RA authorities organize a referendum on the RA membership in the EU this year.
