Hamlet Hovakimyan said in the framework of the “Legal Problems of Artsakh Armenians in Armenia” series of Iravaban.net that he was displaced from the city of Stepanakert.
He mentioned that he found a job, he works as an electrician.
According to Hamlet Hovakimyan, his family consists of 6 people. They benefit from the state support, but only two of the family receive it every month, in the case of the others, the money is paid with delays, as a result of which they also face problems.
