We announce the commissioning of the 2nd 90 kW solar photovoltaic station and the activities of the Polytechnic Energy Solutions Team. Gor Vardanyan, the Rector of NPUA, wrote on his Facebook page.
“The station was installed on the roof of the 2nd building of NPUA, it consists of 176 high-efficiency monocrystalline photovoltaic panels, each of which has a capacity of 510 W.
As a result, the Polytechnic will have the 2nd source of renewable energy, thanks to which we will have annual average savings of 8,240,000 AMD and will contribute to the promotion of green energy and the reduction of 80 tons of CO2 emissions.
The project was fully implemented by the Polytechnic’s energy solutions team, with the support of the Polytechnic Scientific and Educational Foundation and “Team Systems” CJSC,” he wrote.
