On 18 October, Deputy Minister Rafael Gevorgyan received the delegation headed by Mrs. Razieh Kohansal, Head of the Tech Export Services Corridor of the Office of the Vice-President for Science, Technology and Knowledge-based Economy, which included heads of 16 organizations. The Press Service of the RA Ministry of Economy reported.
During the meeting, issues related to the expansion of economic cooperation between the two countries and the increase of trade turnover were discussed.
The Iranian side offered to consider the possibility of creating a technology and innovation center in Armenia, where Iranian knowledge-based products will be presented.
Declaring his readiness to cooperate with the Iranian side, Rafael Gevorgyan presented the support provided by the state to the companies, the state support program for issuance and rating, as well as the measure to encourage the introduction of the latest technologies in companies and the involvement of highly qualified specialists.
