Dictator and perpetrator of genocide Aliyev visited Stepanakert and other occupied settlements of Artsakh.
Artak Beglaryan, the former state minister of the Republic of Artsakh, made a note about this.
“Nothing can legalize the genocide of the native population of Artsakh and the occupation of its ancient homeland. Aliyev and all the perpetrators of this international crime must be brought to justice,” he wrote.
