The European Union took note of the statement on the cessation of the existence of the institutions of the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh from 1 January, 2024, and emphasizes the importance of ensuring humanitarian access to all those in need, Peter Stano. “We have taken note of the statement on the dissolution of the de facto state institutions of Nagorno-Karabakh on 1 January, 2024,” he said. According to him, “the urgent task is to ensure constant unhindered humanitarian access to those in need in Karabakh.”
