The Embassy of the Russian Federation in Armenia appealed to those citizens of the Russian Federation who were forced to leave Artsakh.
“The Embassy draws the attention of Russian citizens who were forced to leave Nagorno-Karabakh and lost their documents confirming the citizenship of the Russian Federation that they can restore it at the Consular Section of the Embassy.
To do this, they should contact the Consular Department by calling the hotline +374 77 495 001 or writing to the email address [email protected] (with the note “refugee from Nagorno-Karabakh”),” the message says.
