We have several dozen victims, among civilians there are also children. The brother of one of the killed children is in a serious condition, Artsakh Minister of Health Vardan Tadevosyan told Artsakh Public Television.
He added that today they managed to transfer the wounded from Martuni to the Stepanakert Republican Hospital, but they have a problem of transferring the seriously wounded and the remains of the dead from Martakert.
