Due to the terrorist actions of Azerbaijan, the operation of the vital infrastructure has been disrupted for 35 hours, depriving the entire population of access to electricity, internet and mobile communication. The Human Rights Defender of Artsakh reported.
“People cannot cook, heat or charge their gadgets while staying in cold basements due to constant safety concerns,” the message states.
