On 20 September, the 2nd President of the Republic of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, issued a statement, in which he said:

“This is a dirty and cheap fake using neural network technology. My last telephone conversation with Putin was on 21 May, during my visit to Moscow, and the topic of the conversation was the situation in Artsakh.

It is obvious that the appearance of this fake right now is connected with the tragic events in Artsakh and the attempt to neutralize me in the upcoming political processes.”
