The Azerbaijani genocidal forces continue their military operations and positional advancement, targeting the civilian population and facilities as well.
Artak Beglaryan, the former minister of state of Artsakh, wrote in his X microblog.
“The number of victims and wounded is increasing rapidly.
The Azerbaijani armed forces shot at the ambulance of the Stepanakert morgue on the road to Martakert, injuring the driver,” he wrote.
On 19 September, around 1:00 p.m., the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire along the contact line of the Artsakh Republic by launching rocket and artillery attacks, using artillery and drones, and attempted positional advancement. There are many victims and wounded, including civilians.
The Defense Army of the Republic of Artsakh undertakes defensive measures.
