The situation in front of the Government is tense. Clash started between citizens and policemen. Supposedly, sonic grenades were used.

Citizens shout curses at the policemen, throw bottles, cigarette packs and other things in their direction.

Windows of the Government building were broken.

Andranik Tevanyan, leader of the “Mother Armenia” Alliance, is in the square as well.

“Our problem is the implementation of the change of power. We urge you not to give in to provocations,” he said.

The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh reports that on 19 September, around 1:00 p.m., the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire along the line of contact by launching rocket artillery strikes. The units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces are also undertaking positional advancement attempts. The Defense Army of the Republic of Artsakh undertakes defensive measures.

Artsakh HRD Gegham Stepanyan reported that according to the information received at the Office of the Human Rights Defender from the Stepanakert mortuary as of 20:00, there are 25 victims of the large-scale terrorism carried out by Azerbaijan, 2 of whom are civilians, including 1 child.

Artsakh Ministry of Health reported that as of 21:00, according to preliminary data, there are 138 wounded.
