As previously reported, the Government of the Russian Federation has taken an initiative to provide humanitarian assistance to the Republic of Artsakh.
The Artsakh InfoCenter reports that today, on September 12, humanitarian cargo, with the permission of the authorities of the Republic, arrived in the Republic of Artsakh through the Russian Red Cross and the vehicles of that organization through the city of Askeran. The aid includes vital Russian-made goods.
