The first experimental electric bus was imported to Yerevan. Deputy Mayor Tigran Avinyan said today, on 11 September, during the administrative meeting of the Yerevan Municipality.
He mentioned that another 250 electric buses are planned to be brought to Yerevan.
“And they will increase in quantity, the people’s comfort will increase as well. Most importantly, we continue to introduce green transport, which is one of our most important commitments, in terms of improving air quality, and in this regard, I think we are on the right track. We must strictly monitor the air quality in the city of Yerevan,” the Deputy Mayor said.
