The “Haypost” building located on Saryan Street in Yerevan will be alienated to the “Renshin” Company in order to develop it and implement the “World Trade Center” (WTC) investment project.
The Government adopted a decision about this at the session of 7 September.
The project envisages the creation of conference halls for holding international forums, summits and other events, a cultural platform, a concert hall, exhibition halls for modern artists, an “EXPO” hall, a business center for new startups, initiatives and business activity.
The world-famous JLL Company, which is engaged in real estate management business, will also participate in the program. In addition to all this, a 4-star hotel with 180 rooms will also be built in the “Haypost” building.
