Now we already have a serious problem with garbage collection and in just a few days we will have serious epidemic and sanitary problems. Artsakh Republic State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan said on the air of the Public Television.
“I can endlessly list all the directions and areas that are facing problems now. These are unimaginable. I don’t want to exaggerate, but I just want the reality to be visible to everyone and the reality in which the people of Artsakh live now to be understood,” he said.
Referring to the transportation of people and medicines through the Red Cross, he noted that it is a very long process, and the Azerbaijani side always creates problems.
“Azerbaijan’s ingenuity has no limits and in the end we reached a point when Azerbaijan also involved Azerbaijani doctors at the checkpoint and set a condition before the Red Cross that the patients going to Armenia should undergo additional medical examination at the checkpoint, if necessary, the medical examination should be combined with the undressing of our citizens. All this is done to make its mission impossible for the Red Cross. These conditions are obviously aimed at the dignity of our citizens,” Nersisyan said, adding that the transportation of patients and the supply of medicine have been stopped at the moment.
