Artsakh has been under siege for 211 days.

Artsakhpress reports that most of the land in Varnkatagh community of Martakert region cannot be cultivated due to being under the observation from Azerbaijani positions.

In the period between 3-10 July, 2023, the Azerbaijani side grossly violated the ceasefire regime twice, targeted and fired at civilians and settlements.

The “Barnabas” Foundation operating in England provided humanitarian aid in the form of livestock to some social groups living in Myurishen, Avdur, Haghorti, Paravatumb, Varanda communities of the Martunl region of the Republic of Artsakh.

On 10 July, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, convened a working meeting with the participation of representatives of various branches of the government, heads of power agencies.

“The steps taken in the direction of solving humanitarian and security problems deepening as a result of the ongoing aggressive policy of Azerbaijan against the Republic of Artsakh were discussed. The necessity of effective use of internal resources and activation of foreign political efforts aimed at unblocking Artsakh was emphasized,” the message said.
