As it is already known, the Command of the Russian Peacekeeping Troops in Artsakh led by Colonel General A. Lentsov visited Baku this week and discussed the situation in Artsakh with the Azerbaijani side.
As a result of the discussions, an agreement on the positive change of the situation and the restoration of the conditions provided by the tripartite statement of 9 November, 2020 was not reached.
A new meeting is planned in the shortest period, the results of which will be reported additionally,” he wrote.
