The Extraordinary NA Session will not be held

The extraordinary session of the National Assembly was scheduled for 18:30 today, but it will not take place.

NA Vice President Hakob Arshakyan informed that as a result of provocative actions by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, the situation on the border is not calm and suggested not to hold an extraordinary session.

“I suggest to our colleagues to remove all the questions, and to the speakers not to make speeches, which will lead to the fact that we will address all the questions at tomorrow’s sessions. I hope that by tomorrow we will have a certain solution to the border situation.”

As we have already reported, on 11 April around 16:00, the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire in the direction of the Armenian Armed Forces soldiers who were carrying out engineering works in the direction of the Tegh Community. The Armenian side resorted to retaliatory actions.

According to preliminary data, the Armenian side has victims and wounded.
