The speech of the leader of Azerbaijan in the village of Talish cannot be called anything other than aggressive. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this at the start of the Government session.

“What is happening in the village of Talish is a fundamental and strong evidence of the policy of ethnic cleansing and genocide carried out by Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan is demolishing the houses of Armenians in that village belonging to them on property rights and building houses for Azerbaijanis,” he said.

Pashinyan emphasized that the actions of erasing the Armenian inscriptions on the ancient Armenian monuments along with the demolition of Armenian houses are illegal and contradict the point 7 of the trilateral statement of 9 November, which stated that internally displaced persons and refugees are returning to Nagorno-Karabakh and neighboring regions.

The Prime Minister also referred to the case of the soldier Arshak Seryozhai Sargsyan, who was fatally wounded by an enemy shot on 22 March, and at the end addressed the people with a message.
