After examining the petition of the Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan, the Supreme Judicial Council decided to grant it and issue a warning to Napoleon Ohanyan, judge of the of First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Syunik marz.
The decision is effective from the moment of publication and is final.
The Council considers it necessary to clarify that Napoleon Ohanyan committed similar violations in both petitions presented, which led to the violation of individuals’ rights.
