Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to the 22 February decisions of the International Court of Justice at the Cabinet Meeting on 23 February.

“The Court obliged Azerbaijan to take all measures available to it to guarantee uninterrupted movement of citizens, vehicles and cargo in both directions through the Lachin Corridor. The Court emphasized that its decision creates binding legal force for Azerbaijan.

This is an extremely important decision, the legal interpretation of which has been referred to by expert lawyers, but I would like to refer to the political impact and significance of that ruling,” the Prime Minister said.
