The Anti-Corruption Court accepted the 29th lawsuit regarding confiscation of property of illicit origin.

The RA General Prosecutor’s Office reported .

The Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the RA General Prosecutor’s Office has submitted a request to the Court to confiscate in favor of the Republic of Armenia from Vazgen Harutyunyan, the Director of the “Parking City Service” CJSC, and his related persons:

• Four immovable properties, three of which are in the city of Yerevan, one in the Kotayk region, and in case of impossibility, their average market values: 324 million 452 thousand 500 AMD, one movable property, and in case of impossibility, its average market value, the right to participate in one legal entity.
• 17 million 771 thousand 372 AMD, which is not justified by the legal income of the person, was transferred to a bona fide acquirer, or it is impossible to identify and confiscate.
• 107 million AMD and 140 thousand USD invested deposit.
• 27 million 435 thousand 443 AMD as the balance of received illegal incomes and funds.
