A number of organizations and individuals regularly send humanitarian aid to the besieged Artsakh people, which is collected in the city of Goris and, if possible, delivered to Artsakh through the mediation of Russian peacekeepers. It is sorted and provided by the Ministry of Social Development and Migration of the Artsakh Republic to representatives of certain social groups (families with 4 or more children, families of dead and missing freedom fighters, persons with disabilities, participants of war) and socially vulnerable families who apply to the Ministry.
Humanitarian aid will be distributed to other social groups in the near future as well.
