On the instructions of the Head of the RA Head of Urban Development, Technical Standards and Fire Safety Inspectorate and on the basis of the relevant application of “Rafael-Tatev” LLC, the experts of the inspection body conducted a study in “RAFAYEL-TATEV” LLC (Malatia Fair), located at 12/7 Svachyan, Yerevan, RA to find out to what extent the requirements of the decision made by the Inspection Body and the established order have been corrected.

As a result, it was found that the problematic violations recorded from the points of the order previously issued by the Inspection Body were eliminated, which were submitted by the Inspection Body for immediate and complete correction, and the other violations mentioned in the order were partially eliminated, and currently the administration is making large-scale and intensive works to eliminate them.

Therefore, the Urban Development, Technical Standards and Fire Safety Inspectorate, studying the above-mentioned circumstances and taking into account that as a result of the performed works, the immediate and direct threat of fires has now been eliminated, made a decision to allow the further activities of “Rafayel-Tatev” LLC, as well as to issue a new order for violations that have not yet been eliminated by setting a clear schedule for it.
