The National Assembly of Armenia accepted the resignation of Human Rights Defender Kristinne Grigoryan.
The National Assembly reported.
Hakob Arshakyan, Deputy President of the RA National Assembly, Acting President of the National Assembly, made an official statement about accepting the resignation of the Human Rights Defender.
“Based on the applications for the resignation of the Human Rights Defender, guided by Article 193, Part 5 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Article 13, Parts 2 and 4 of the Constitutional Law “On the Human Rights Defender”, consider prematurely terminated Kristinne Grigoryan’s powers as Human Rights Defender” the NA report says.
