From now on, every bank operating in the Republic of Artsakh will service the cards of other banks operating in Artsakh without charging a commission, and in case of technical impossibility, the charged commission will be returned to the cardholder on the next day of the transaction.

Responding to the problem raised by the population and taking into account the created situation, the Operational Headquarters of Artsakh discussed the issue with the Central Bank of Armenia, after which all banks operating in Artsakh were offered the above regulation. All banks have given their consent and expressed their willingness to ensure the implementation of the procedure.
