Pashinyan mentioned that all the researches, studies, conclusions lead to the fact that it is the strategic investments in this field that will lead to the solution of the problems that exist today.

“I want to formulate a recommendation, which I said about once, but I want to complete it, including yesterday at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, we were discussing the 2022 activity report of the Ministry and as a result of that discussion, this necessity became more urgent and I want to raise a problem on creating a high school of arts and an officers’ high school in the RA,” the Prime Minister said.
