Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree according to which Davit Babayan was relieved from the post of acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Artsakh Republic.

Sergey Ghazaryan was appointed the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh, having been relieved of the position of Permanent Representative of the Republic of Artsakh in the Republic of Armenia.

Let’s remind that Davit Babayan was relieved from the post of Foreign Minister by the decree of President Arayik Harutyunyan on 23 November, 2022 and was appointed acting Foreign Minister.
