Artsakh Minister of State Ruben Vardanyan wrote on his Facebook page:
“This year we are celebrating Christmas in Artsakh in extremely unusual conditions. But our people cannot be overwhelmed by difficulties. No blockade, no pressure, no threat can break the spirit, will and determination of the people of Artsakh to live in their native land.
There have been much more difficult periods in our history. Those who wanted to conquer our homeland came and went, but we continued to live on our holy land for thousands of years and will continue to live.
Any difficult period passes, our values, our heritage, our faith are unchanged.
Dear residents of Artsakh, Merry Christmas!
Christ is born and revealed.”
