The Azerbaijani side is acting in an atmosphere of impunity, ignoring the statements of international organizations and states. Human rights defender of Artsakh Republic Gegham Stepanyan wrote about this in his Twitter microblog.
“The Azerbaijani side is acting in an atmosphere of impunity,” Stepanyan said. “The international community should act in a very clear way, for example, by imposing sanctions on Azerbaijan and compelling Azerbaijan to follow its obligations under international law.”
Let us remind that since 12 December, 2022, Azerbaijani “environmentalists” have closed the corridor of Lachin, keeping the population of the Republic of Artsakh under siege.
