Ruben Vardanyan, Minister of State of the Republic of Artsakh, said during a live broadcast on Facebook that he has an appeal to everyone standing in the main square of Stepanakert.
“Today, at 14:00, come here with your families. We must show the world that we exist, we must unite and say together: we will defend our state, we will defend our dignity, we will defend our history and our future,” he said.
Vardanyan emphasized that during the last week they had meetings with the residents of Artsakh, after which he is sure that everyone understands the seriousness of the situation.
“But at the same time, we are all ready to unite and overcome all difficulties,” Ruben Vardanyan said.
