On 19 December, President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree stating:

“Based on Article 139, Part 1 and Article 166, Part 6 of the Constitution, and the proposal presented by the decision of the Supreme Judicial Council dated 12 December, 2022 SJC-116-О-386.

Appoint Gohar KOSTANYAN as a Judge of First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Ararat and Vayots Dzor Marzes.”
