Artsakh road is still closed. Artsakh State Minister Ruben Vardanyan said this today, on 20 December , live on Facebook.
“We receive calls from different places informing that the road is open, but it is not so, because the corridors are left on the sides of the road and they can stop or not stop the cars, that’s why we consider it unacceptable. They should leave completely and not interfere with the smooth movement of cars.
It is the only decision from our side, because if we accept that they can stand there and decide which cars they can let pass and which they would not let to pass, it becomes an opportunity for them to create a checkpoint there. That is why they make such statements and have started spreading different information. You should be calm,” Ruben Vardanyan said.
The Minister of State of Artsakh also mentioned that he understood that he touched on the interests of many people, because they are trying to discredit them with fake user accounts.
