Azerbaijan has restored the gas supply in Artsakh: Ruben Vardanyan

Without any preconditions, without showing any weakness on the Armenian side, Azerbaijan restored the gas supply in Artsakh. Artsakh Minister of State Ruben Vardanyan said today, on 16 December, during a live broadcast on Facebook.

“It is really our victory, because we showed that we are strong, we will not be depressed, we will not panic, we have shown that we really have strength and will, we will do what is necessary for us, for our life, and for our future.

In the same way, I can say that the road may be opened today. It is their decision, they decided it themselves, because they felt that they did something wrong, because they came under great pressure both inside and outside,” the Minister of State of Artsakh said.

According to him, Artsakh has been under blockade for about 96 hours and this experience should be carefully studied.

Ruben Vardanyan also said that during these 4 days, the Operational Headquarters did a great job. On the contrary, there were people who tried to disobey the established rules. “We will not only punish by law, but we will also announce the names of those people who tried to sell gasoline, raise prices in pharmacies, give rude and untrue information to women working in the call department,” he said, emphasizing that an environment and understanding that such behavior is shameful should be formed among the society and that most important thing is the person’s good name and respect in the society.

The Minister of State of Artsakh called a rally in Stepanakert tomorrow, 17 December, at 3:00 p.m. “I call on everyone to participate in that rally, to show our strength, unity, that we are together, we are a force, because the people of Artsakh are really a great force,” Vardanyan said.
