Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center received an alert that an accident occurred on the bridge bypassing Ashtarak city, there was an injured person: the help of rescuers was needed.
One combat unit from the Fire-Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations left for the scene of the incident.
It was found that on the 19th km of the Yerevan-Gyumri highway, the “VAZ-2106” car (driver: V.H., born in 1989) left the roadway and collided with the barrier.
Before rescuers reaching the place, passengers V. H. (born in 2019) and A. T. (born in 2000) were transferred to “Armenia” HBC, where their death was registered.
The rescuers turned off the car’s electricity, closed the valve of the gas cylinder, took the driver out and brought him to the ambulance. The victim was hospitalized in the hospital of Ashtarak city, where his death was also recorded.
