The Ministry of Defense of Artsakh reports that the message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that the Defense units allegedly opened fire on the Azerbaijani positions located in the occupied territories of the Martakert and Shushi regions of the Republic of Artsakh between 15:48 and 18:20 on 22 November, is another misinformation.
