Artsakh authorities are ready for negotiations with Azerbaijan authorities, Artak Beglaryan, adviser to Artsakh Minister of State Ruben Vardanyan, wrote about this in his Twitter microblog.
“But the topics & international format are focal to be decided in advance. The Artsakh rep will be assigned only by our authorities. We’ve contacts with each other but only on humanitarian mutual needs,” Artak Beglaryan
