From January to September of this year, 25 billion 830 million drams of income tax was returned from the state budget to citizens using the mortgage loan program in the period from January to September of this year.  Indicators published by the State Revenue Committee (SRC) show.

The increase compared to the same period last year is 62.6%. The state refunds the income tax paid by the latter in proportion to the interest payments to the borrowers who purchased an apartment in newly constructed buildings with mortgage lending.
