On 7 November, officers of the Kanaker-Zeytun Police Department, based on the received information, found and arrested a 23-year-old resident of Yerevan on suspicion of possessing, using and selling narcotics on Paruyr Sevak Street.

The Police informed.

A personal search of a 23-year-old man at the police station revealed 162 packages of marijuana-like mass with a total weight of about 267 grams, 3 plastic bags of about the same mass 63 grams, 2 electronic scales, adhesive tapes and 342 empty bags.

According to the arrested person, the finding was marijuana, which he had acquired through the Telegram channel and was going to sell it in different parts of Yerevan.

The preliminary investigation of the initiated criminal proceedings continues.
