The National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh reports that on 15 November, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Part 2 of Article 114 of the Constitution of the Republic of Artsakh and Part 1 of Article 37 of the Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly”, at the initiative of the President of the Republic, the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh will convene an extraordinary session with the following agenda set by the initiator:

1. “On making Additions and Amendments to the Electoral Code” and “On Amendments to the Law on Referendum” (package of the Draft Laws).
