Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decree on 10 November, which states:

“Guided by Article 9, Part 3 of the Law on Public Service:

1. To relieve Hakob Avagyan from the position of Head of the Health and Labor Inspection Body.
2. To entrust the performance of the duties of the Head of the Health and Labor Inspection Body to Slavik Sargsyan, the Deputy Head of the Health and Labor Inspection Body.”

Let’s remind that Avagyan was appointed to this position by the Prime Minister’s decree of 5 September, 2019. Before that, he held the position of Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investments.
