Garo Paylan, member of the Turkish Parliament, made a post on his Facebook page saying:

“I pass from the other side of Ararat to this side.

Now it is the time to open the Turkey-Armenia border, to establish lasting peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan…

We all lost the wars.

Let us all take responsibility for lasting peace, let us all win,” he said.
