As we have already reported, today, on 31 October, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is leaving for the Russian Federation on an official visit.
First, the meeting of the Prime Minister Pashinyan with Russian President Vladimir Putin will take place in Sochi. Then a tripartite meeting of the leaders of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan is planned.
According to the decision of the Prime Minister on 31 October, the performance of the duties of the Prime Minister during this period was assigned to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Hambardzum Matevosyan.
